&ahead receives grant approval in the Innovation Programme for Business Models and Pioneering Solutions (IGP) from the German BMWK – Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Protection
The funding will help &ahead develop a machine learning and AI-based platform to assist professionals in transitioning back into the workforce, offering personalized career guidance and solutions. The initiative aims to address skill gaps and improve work-life balance for individuals re-entering their careers.
