Career Clarity Plan
We first work together to develop clarity in your career plan by using a deep-dive “Ikigai” exercise in our workshops. Using this simple but powerful exercise to pinpoint and layout where your core uniqueness lies in terms of your strengths and interests (that few people can offer). You will create a strategic plan and a step-by-step action plan to identify and target companies and industries that fits the desired roles.
Create your Authentic Brand through Professional Brand Building
Working together, you will:
- Map and customize your value proposition dependent on industries and target companies’ specifications,
- Create your personal brand story,
- Develop your online brand presence (Resume/LinkedIn profile),
- Define and start simple activities to highlight your unique preposition before you even begin the search process.

- Create a network deep dive and outreach action plan to targeted connections
- Develop an outreach strategy to global network of headhunters/companies in targeted locations and industries

The Clarify, Create, Connect Workshop program includes a group workshop, individual guidance and is focused on actionable recommendations to relaunch your career.
