After New York, Chicago and London – Fitch´s pioneering talent development program comes to Frankfurt & Singapore!

Fitch´s CreditPath is a is a full time internship program (and in some markets known as a returnship program) to provide financial services professionals who have taken an extended break from their careers with a supported transition back to the workforce. After launching in New York in 2017, the program expanded to Chicago and London, and will launch to Frankfurt am Main, Germany and Barcelona, Spain and Singapore this year.

The program is a ten-week full time paid internship that provides a highly supportive environment through a customized curriculum and on-the-job learning, beginning with an immersive learning boot camp that covers elaborate learning sessions, mentoring and special projects. Opportunities are available within Ratings, if you have experience in credit, ratings, and/or financial analysis or within Solutions , if you have demonstrable strategic thinking capabilities and experience in either product management/development; information/data sales; or macro research.

CreditPath is an ideal program for you to bring you up to speed again in one of the above mentioned fields after having put your career on hold for personal reasons.

Apply to Program for 2021

​Successful applicants will have:

  • For a Ratings placement – experience in credit, ratings, or financial/professional services sector
  • For a Solutions placement – demonstrable strategic thinking capabilities and experience in either product management/development; information/data sales; or macro research
  • 4+ years of work experience prior to career break
  • 3+ years career break
  • Strong desire and ability to return to the workforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey complex ideas and solutions concisely and persuasively
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to operate within both departmental and company-wide initiatives both on an individual basis and as part of a team
  • A track record of project execution or sales delivery

Application reviews will be conducted on a rolling basis and space in the program is limited.
