Having a job interview can be exciting and scaring at the same time. How to best prepare for an interview? Especially when being out of the workforce for a while or applying for a job you never apllied for before.

Familiarize yourself with their mission, values, products/services, recent news or achievements, and their industry. Understand the specific job requirements, responsibilities, and skills they are seeking in a candidate. 2# Tip Prepare and practice your answers: Anticipate common interview questions and prepare thoughtful, concise answers.
